Parents:

Please note there are two waivers you will fill out during registration, Lindseys Law and Concussion Information Sheet, that say US Youth Soccer in the top corner. These are blanket waivers, they are written with universal language to cover all youth sports at GCKA, fill them out and continue to the next step. Thank you!        

All registration is done online ONLY.
        
-During the registration period, up to a 100 percent refund of total player fees
can be offered minus any service fees.
-Once registration has ended, up to a 50 percent refund of total player fees can be offered
minus any service fees, equipment or uniforms purchased for the player.
-After the first game has been played, no refunds will be
issued.

NO EXCEPTIONS
-Anyone that wishes a refund must fill out a Refund Request Form that can be found on
the GCKA website and return it to either the GCKA Office or to the Football Commissioner..            

Players not attending will be placed into the “Supplemental Draft”

Supplemental Draft – The draft managed by the football advisory board that will place players to team to ensure parity and equal competition. Players placed in the Supplemental Draft will be those who:

Do not attend player evaluations, and are not a “Protected Player

“Protected Players”

1. Head Coaches designate players as “Protected"
   1. Limited to 2 Coaches/Team mom's children
   2. A team may declare 1 non-affiliated child as "Protected".
   3. "Protected " players must be submitted to the Football Board prior a Day prior to the “Draft”
